CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrants who cancel 7-14 days prior to the conference will be charged 50% of the registration cost as a cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel less than 7 days prior will be charged 75% of the registration cost. Registrants failing to cancel prior to the start of the conference will be responsible for the entire registration fee. You may avoid the cancellation fee by sending a substitute registrant.

Conference Presentations
Conference presentations will be posted after each conference. To view them, click the conference link of your choice below and navigate to each speaker. Please note that not all speakers use PowerPoint. Handouts and other parts of speaker materials will be included as available. Conference information will be removed after a period of time.

TVPPA Completion Certificates are awarded at conferences for individuals who complete any TVPPA certificate program. TVPPA must be notified in advance if individuals would like to receive their certificate at a conference. Certificates not presented at conferences will be sent by mail.
