Listed below are specifications for advertising materials. Please ensure your materials are complete and on-time before submitting them. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Media Camera-ready artwork will be accepted, but quality is not guaranteed.

Electronic Files:
CD or DVD. E-mail to bgary@tvppa.com is also accepted.
IBM or MAC files accepted
InDesign, Quark Xpress (ver. 4), PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPEG (other formats OK, please contact first.)

Linked Files Please include all linked images and fonts when sending your files. Failure to do so may cause reproduction problems or failure. Note: If you are using Suitcase, make sure you include the individual fonts files, not just the Suitcase file.
Fonts Current Postscript, Truetype or OpenType fonts are fine. *Convert fonts to paths if sending Illustrator or Freehand EPS files.
Proof If sending via mail, please include a printed proof of your file. This can be B&W or color laser, match-print, etc.

If sending via e-mail, please include a PDF file, if possible. A PDF file will be sent back to you upon our receipt via e-mail as a quality control measure.

Color All advertising material should be sent in CMYK or B&W (grayscale OK) format.
Spot colors will be converted to CMYK.
RGB files will be converted to CMYK.
*Note: during conversion, some color shifting will occur.
