The mission of the Education & Training Committee, a standing committee of the TVPPA Board of Directors, is to provide guidance and oversight to TVPPA in the development and delivery of nationally recognized education and training opportunities to meet current and future electric utility workforce needs.

During the last year, responsibility for TVPPA Education & Training has shifted from Technical Services to the CFO. Under this new direction, the day to day operations, to include registrations, class materials, class scheduling, instructors, class locations and all other functions are under the umbrella of the CFO and Accounting & Administration department. Class Cancellation Policy
Registrants who cancel 7-14 days prior to the class will be charged 50% of the registration cost as a cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel less than 7 days prior will be charged 75% of the registration cost. Registrants failing to cancel prior to the start of the class will be responsible for the entire registration fee. You may avoid the cancellation fee by sending a substitute registrant. All class cancellations must be in writing and mailed, faxed or e-mailed to TVPPA, ATTN: Training Coordinator, P.O.
