Please send all tests to be graded and any questions related to testing to Kaitlin Plaster at firstname.lastname@example.org or Caleb Hall at email@example.com.
All tests in the self-study portion of any of the distance learning programs (Electrical Metering, Lineman Apprenticeship Program, Protective Relaying, Substation Maintenance) should be proctored. Though the workbook and textbooks are not to be permitted for use during the test, copies of necessary charts, graphs, and formulas may be used as reference. When the student is ready to take a test, a supervisor or local training administrator should proctor that lesson’s test in a closed book format. That applies whether the test is hard copy or online. Tests should not be reviewed by the student prior to taking any lesson tests.
For suggestions, concerns, compliments and complaints, please call TOLL FREE 855.374.2850 during our office hours of 8am-5pm Eastern and speak with Caleb Hall
or Kaitlin Plaster
, who may assist you. During non-office hours, please call John Cooke
at 423-718-3205 for assistance.
