EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2006, all classes with under 15 attendees will be subject to a $50 low enrollment fee in addition to the regular list price of the class. Also, all registrations received later than two weeks prior to the start date of class will be subject to a $50 late registration fee.
Effective July 1, 2007, to receive the $50 online registration incentive discount,
register through the Public Power Academy (LMS).
