Online Registration Incentive
Discount in Effect July 1, 2007
The TVPPA E&T Department went “live” with a Learning Management System (LMS) in July 2004.  The LMS allows utility employees or local training administrators to register directly into a class, view enrollments, check certification program progress and review transcripts online.  

As an incentive to encourage as many utilities as possible to use the LMS as their primary means of registering for classes and accessing training records, a $50 discount will be applied to all registrations received via the LMS. The online incentive program will go into effect on July 1, 2007. Registrations received by phone, fax or email after that date will be $50 more than the 2006 list price.

Note: the registration incentive programs for early registration and class size implemented in 2006 will still apply.  All classes with under 15 attendees will be subject to a $50 low enrollment fee in addition to the regular list price of the class.  Also, all registrations received later than two weeks prior to the start date of class will be subject to a $50 late registration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrants who cancel 7-14 days prior to the class will be charged 50% of the registration cost as a cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel less than 7 days prior will be charged 75% of the registration cost. Registrants failing to cancel prior to the start of the class will be responsible for the entire registration fee. You may avoid the cancellation fee by sending a substitute registrant.
