The City of Holly Springs is conducting a search for a candidate to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Holly Springs Utility Department. The Chief Financial Officer duties include managing all financial operations of the electric, water, gas and sewer departments. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and seven (7) years of accounting, auditing and management experience required preferably utility related. CPA preferred.

Holly Springs Utility serves nearly 11,500 electric customers in parts of Marshall, Benton and Lafayette counties in Mississippi and Fayette and Hardeman counties in Tennessee. It has 3,571 water customers, 2,034 sewer customers and 2,727 gas customers. Holly Springs Utility Department has 68 full-time employees and about 1,369.83 miles of line.
