| CANCELLATION POLICY Approximately seven days before a conference, TVPPA incurs nonrefundable expenses based on the anticipated number of attendees. To help cover these costs, 50 percent of the registration fee will be charged for cancellations received less than seven calendar days prior to the start of a conference. This fee also applies to individuals who register but do not attend. You may avoid the cancellation fee by sending a substitute registrant. NO REFUNDS on sponsor cancellations. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND MUST BE MAILED, FAXED, OR E-MAILED TO TVPPA, ATTN: ANNE COFFELT.
