Johnson City, TN, Power Board has an opening for a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee the Contact Center and Walk-In areas to ensure a favorable image of JCPB is both demonstrated and conveyed with each customer contact.  A partial description of duties is listed as follows:

# Effectively communicate management decisions both orally and in writing.
# Create satisfactory solutions in conformance with organizational policy.
# Implement customer support structure for new products and services.
# Provide assistance with policy and budgetary considerations and planning/promotion of short and long term goals.
# Oversee all call center staffing and assist in hiring process, new hire training, and on going employee training.
# Conduct reviews and evaluations of employees and providing coaching.

Incumbent must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.  Must have strong PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Must possess a strong technical background.  Must possess organized thinking and reasoning skills and use good judgment.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or related area of study.  Five years prior experience in a customer support position preferred.  Work experience may be substituted for education.  Only qualified applicants considered.
