Richard Kelly and Tammie Bub have been named president/CEO and executive vice president, respectively, at PES Energize, Pulaski, TN.

A Florence, AL, native, Kelly succeeds Mike Meek, who retired in January 2017. Kelly holds an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the University of Alabama at Huntsville and has been at PES Energize since 2001. He’d served most recently as the utility’s chief operating officer.

Bub is a Pulaski native and holds undergraduate degrees in accounting and business administration from Athens (AL) State University. She also holds an MBA from Bethel University.

Bub worked for the Giles County Board of Education and in private business before joining PES Energize in 2003. She’d served previously as the utility’s chief financial officer.

Kelly has named Kirby Parr to serve as PES Energize’s operations director.
