Ty Ross has taken over as general manager at Loudon, TN, Utilities. He succeeds the late Lynn Mills, who passed away March 19, 2017.
Ross also serves as Loudon’s city manager. A Georgia native, he came to Loudon after seven years as city manager in Dalton, GA.
Ross holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, a law degree from Georgia State University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. In addition to his administrative experience, Ross has practiced law off-and-on since 2003 and served briefly as an assistant dean at Dalton State College.
