TVPPA Director Lynn Mills died March 19 after a lengthy illness.
Mills, 67, had a long career at Loudon, TN, Utilities, where he was manager at the time of his death. He’d also served as Loudon’s city manager.
In 2014, Mills was elected by his Southeastern District peers to represent them on the TVPPA Board of Directors. He took office that year at TVPPA’s 68th Annual Conference and was a consistent participant in board meetings despite his ill health.
