Knoxville (TN) UB; performs work in the areas of program management, process analysis and project coordination. Primary tasks include administering, tracking and monitoring customer growth and promotional programs, working with customers and contractors to coordinate work, handling customer calls and inquiries, developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotions, managing program budgets, working with local partners and retailers on programs and promotions, evaluating current programs and developing new programs.
Other responsibilities include performing economic analysis to determine utility installation costs and return on investment, budgeting and cost-management activities, advising customers on a wide variety of issues including contracts, utility service policies and procedures, utility fees, utility easements, and various KUB programs and processes. Must maintain a working knowledge of current utility service and utility extension policies, customer service-related policies and procedures and KUB’s Rules and Regulations. Works cooperatively with a variety of groups and individuals including land developers, financial institutions, attorneys, design firms, and contractors to help facilitate utility installations for land development projects. Coordinates multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrates the flexibility and willingness to accept additional duties as needed.
