Sheffield Utilities in Sheffield, Ala., seeks to fill the position of Engineering Associate in the Electricity Department.

Position Details:
• Salary commensurate with qualifications
• High school diploma or GED is required as a minimum
• Associate or bachelors degree in related field preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must be able to solve complex math equations and follow engineering guidelines
• Must be able to work outdoors in extreme heat and cold
• Must be able to prepare, read and interpret engineering prints
• Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as required
• Must be able to work in rough terrain and adverse weather conditions
