In their continuing effort to provide maximal value to TVPPA’s membership, the Education & Training department has launched a new partnership with Dale Carnegie. This series of new courses will be offered free to all TVPPA members and focuses on adjusting to the challenges individuals and organizations now face on a daily basis. The COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing have led to the emergence of a new workplace normal: virtual team collaboration. Not only are we meeting virtually, but digital interactions are now a critical aspect of our decision-making processes, employee engagement, and company culture. Mastering the art of communication and collaboration without face-to-face contact became a critical skill overnight. If your team can benefit from learning more about these skills, register now for Making Virtual Meetings Engaging and Productive, a free class being offered by TVPPA Education & Training in conjunction with Dale Carnegie. This fast-paced, interactive class will be offered remotely on October 29, beginning at 10:00 a.m. EDT.

Then, on November 10, join the TVPPA education and training department for Building Resilience and Handling Stress in Uncertain Times. This free class is also being offered through TVPPA’s partnership with Dale Carnegie and will teach you how to handle VUCAvolatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity – or the impact felt when facing the unexpected setbacks and challenges that come along with serious crises like a pandemic, market shocks, and unstable government.

Both classes are free to TVPPA members. Registration details and more information can be found by visiting the TVPPA education and training web site.
