Saul Castillo joins TVPPA partner Meguire Whitney as the firm’s new Grants Manager offering TVPPA members even more support in finding federal funding for public power projects.
Castillo joined Meguire Whitney following a stint as a budget and grants manager for the state of Tennessee. A Chicago native who served in the U.S. Army for 26 years, he will now lead Meguire Whitney’s team of grant experts, helping to identify federal funding opportunities related to broadband, clean energy, electric vehicles, decarbonization, economic development, energy efficiency and infrastructure.
