The latest edition of TVPPA Magazine will land in mailboxes this week. In this latest issue, TVPPA staff take a closer look at resilience, explore how members have built more resilient cultures and the role of succession planning and knowledge transfer in creating and sustaining a resilient business.

In the magazine’s feature story, five TVPPA member utilities share how they underwent traumatic experiences including tornados, floods, wildfires, on the job injuries, and the murder of an employee and the changes they made based on those experiences that allowed them to adapt and become better prepared for future challenges.

Additionally, the magazine takes a look at cybersecurity threats with an article by guest contributor, Leo Simonovich and Seven States Power Corp shares details on their approach to cyber protection for their members.

Regular columns discuss the importance of contracts in protecting businesses; how utilities rise to the resiliency challenge; the implications of COVID-19 on insurance; how EPRI research benefits TVPPA members; small cell antenna standards; and CEO Doug Peters shares some fundamental truths.
