TVPPA is excited to offer our members the opportunity to participate in a Valley-specific Broadband Salary Survey. This potential new offering will provide compensation data specific to the broadband and fiber industry. This information can be used by survey participants to offer competitive compensation which will attract the caliber of candidates needed to support and grow your broadband business.
In order to make the Broadband Salary Survey a reality this summer, we need to identify a minimum of 25 LPC participants willing to commit to being a part of this inaugural offering. At this time, the results will only be available to those who participate in the survey.
What You Need to Know About the Broadband Specific Salary Survey:
- The survey will be conducted by Winston Tan of Intandem, LLC – the same consultant who leads our annual Electric Salary Survey;
- A minimum of 25 committed participants are required;
- The cost is $350 per participant at the 25 participant level;
- Results will be available by the end of 2022;
- A subgroup of volunteers will work in the coming weeks to review broadband and fiber specific job titles and descriptions- let Director of Member Engagement Kari Crouse know if you are interested in volunteering.
