Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is TVPPA’s primary policy body, and consists of one municipal and one cooperative executive from each of the seven district associations, plus five at-large members.
About the Board
The TVPPA Board of Directors provides leadership, oversight, and strategic guidance for the association, ensuring it fulfills its mission to support and advocate for local power companies across the Tennessee Valley. Board members represent the diverse interests of our member utilities and help shape TVPPA’s policies, programs, and initiatives.
