Valley Utility Workshop

This one-day, high-impact event is designed for utility employees who need a solid foundation in how the industry operates, the role of TVA, and the issues shaping our future. From customer service and accounting to vegetation management, HR, IT, engineering, purchasing, and beyond—if you're new to a local power company or TVA—or have new hires in your organization—this workshop will provide the knowledge and connections needed to thrive.

Attendees gain valuable take-home resources, including our Electric Utility Primer, materials from expert-led sessions, and, perhaps most importantly, a network of peers from across the Valley.
