Meet New E&T Instructor Stacey Cunningham at UHRM Conference

TVPPA Utility Human Resource Conference attendees have an opportunity to meet one of TVPPA Education & Training’s newest instructors, Stacey Cunningham, on Sept. 10 at the TVPPA Education & Training booth.

Cunningham is CEO and co-founder of Aegis Performance Group, a leadership development and talent management firm that helps organizations build stronger leaders, develop high-performing teams, and strengthen workplace culture. An executive coach, consultant, facilitator, and author, Cunningham works with leaders and organizations to improve employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance.

Cunningham will lead Succession Planning for Today’s Workforce, a new TVPPA workshop designed to help utility leaders take a practical approach to preparing for workforce transitions and developing the next generation of employees. The workshop will be held April 8, 2027, at TVPPA headquarters in Chattanooga.

HR professionals attending the conference are invited to stop by the E&T booth on Sept. 10 to meet Cunningham, learn more about the upcoming workshop, and get their questions answered in advance.
