TVPPA’s Valley Utility Workshop is a foundational, 101 event, developed for utility staff to learn more about the industry, the Tennessee Valley region and structure, and hear an overview of new technologies and hot topics. Customer service associates/managers, accountants, vegetation management personnel, key accounts representatives, administrative/executive assistants, engineering assistants, purchasing agents, IT managers, human resources personnel, board members, and others will all benefit from this packed one-day event! It’s only one day away from the office with practical content. Take-home resources include contact information for peers at other LPCs, a copy of the Electric Utility Primer book, and content from the day’s sessions.
