The Area Office Manager is to supervise and direct office personnel in the day-to-day operations of the area offices and ensure that the functions of the office are performed in an accurate and efficient manner.

The Distribution Engineer supports the Executive Vice President of Engineering Services in leading engineering initiatives that strengthen the cooperative’s electric distribution system and support long range operational goals. The Distribution Engineer reports to the Manager of Engineering and is responsible for the daily operations of the Engineering Department which includes assisting with the operation, construction and maintenance of GDE’s electrical system. The Engineer inspects, inventories, prepares construction work orders and maintains records required for the transmission and distribution of electric power.

DREMC is seeking an IT Senior Network Engineer. The IT Senior Network Engineer is accountable for the administration, maintenance, and advancement of the Cooperative’s network infrastructure. This position serves as a hands-on technical resource for network operations, directly performing configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure reliability, security, and continuous improvement.

Performs intermediate skilled technical work installing, maintaining and repairing overhead and underground power transmission and distribution lines and related facilities, operating equipment, troubleshooting faults and power outages, and related work as required. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Electric Crew Supervisor. Must have minimum 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Lineman.

This position is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical SCADA equipment within electric substation facilities and distribution systems. Key responsibilities include programming RTU & IED devices, performing detailed low voltage wiring, conducting rigorous end to end testing, analyzing test data, and executing corrective actions.
