The American Public Power Association (APPA) awarded 12 TVPPA members their esteemed Reliable Public Power Provider (RP3) designation during their Engineering & Operations Conference in Pasadena, Calif., late last month.
APPA’s RP3 Program designation recognizes community-owned, not-for-profit public power utilities that exhibit operational excellence and demonstrate leading practices in reliability, safety, workplace development and system improvement. The designees keep their designations for three years.
