The toolkit was developed by TVPPA’s Communications Advisory Group (CAG) and in-house communications and marketing team to provide a roadmap for handling the earliest stages of unexpected events.
This webinar will be hosted by Nathalie Strickland, TVPPA’s Vice President of Communications & Marketing and liaison to the CAG. In past roles, she managed crisis communications and spokesperson training for both community-owned and investor-owned utilities, and award-winning public relations campaigns for consumer and business-to-business clients across a variety of industries.
