Kelley McCall has been named interim executive director at Columbia, TN, P & WS, succeeding Wes Kelly.
McCall is the utility’s director of Finance & Administration, and will continue to oversee its daily fiscal operations. She was promoted to the F & A job in 2010, having served previously as the utility’s assistant controller.
McCall earned her undergraduate degree from Union University in Jackson, TN, and an MBA from Belmont University in Nashville, TN.
Kelly spent five years at the helm in Columbia, departing in May for the CEO job at Huntsville, AL, Utilities.
